Runs VERY small

I ordered a size 10 for my very slim 9 year old son. It was so small that he couldn't even zipper it! The size 10 looks to be a size 6 or 7. Order 2 sizes up! Unfortunately the size 14 was sold out so I couldn't exchange and had to return instead.
