Please be sure to read our returns and exchanges policy before submitting a return request.

  • Any Appaman product not marked 'Final Sale' purchased on Appaman.com can be returned up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • There is a shipping/restock fee of $8.00 for items sent back for a refund.
  • We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and store credit returns.
  • Items marked Final Sale or purchased at over a 40% discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For an accepted return, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, or damaged, factory tags attached, with its original packaging.
  • Appaman does not price match third party vendors.
  • No exceptions will be granted.

*Please note that returns may require further inspection if they do not meet these guidelines, which will result in a delay in receiving a refund or exchange.

US Returns & Exchanges

Appaman Offers 3 Options for Returning Items In The USA:

1. RETURNS FOR REFUND

Our return window is 30 days. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed by our team. Domestic returns for a refund that utilize our return label will incur an $8.00 shipping/restocking fee. To avoid this fee, check out our store credit or exchange option! Refunds will appear back to the original payment within 7 business days depending on your bank’s clearance times.  

2. FREE EXCHANGES

We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and store credit returns. Store credit and exchanges are allowed up to 30 days after the package is delivered. All exchanges are shipped with standard UPS ground shipping. Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid for each item and we cannot honor a new discount code for exchange requests of different items. Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as store credit. You will receive an email with your new order number when your exchange is processed. Each order may only be exchanged twice. We are unable to cancel exchange orders due to our extremely efficient processing times.

We provide two exchange options: Instant Exchange or Standard Exchange

If you choose an instant exchange, your exchange will be processed immediately and ship once ready. A $1.00 hold will be placed on your credit card. If the item/s from an Instant Exchange are not received within 14 days, the full amount of the exchange will be charged to the credit card.

3. STORE CREDIT 

Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase. Store credit will be granted once the items are delivered. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be process and for your store credit to be issue to your email. Bonus Credit will be granted for choosing store credit! We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and store credit returns.

Canada Returns & Exchanges

A return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed by our team upon delivery.  For an accepted return, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, or damaged, factory tags attached, with its original packaging, and not marked Final Sale. Items purchased at over a 40% discount are final sale and non-returnable. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Final Sale Items - Final Sale is offered on select styles and colors, and the prices reflect savings. Merchandise marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustments. If you place a new order for the same style that you are returning that is no longer on sale, please email support@appaman.com for further assistance.

*Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season or during sale periods, please allow extra processing time for returns & exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges from customers who we believe are attempting to abuse our return policy. 

Purchased Appaman from a Retailer?

Please contact the store that you made the purchase from directly. Appaman.com does not accept responsibility for any other stores' policies and procedures and will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of merchandise received outside of appaman.com.

Shipping

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday during business hours. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in New Jersey.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after the items have been shipped from our warehouse. At the bottom of the email, you can select "Track Package" to see your estimated delivery time from the carrier. (Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping during peak sales/holidays.)

Estimated delivery time: For most orders, allow 4-9 business days for delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery. 

*Please note these are average delivery times and not guaranteed, some states can take an additional day or two, as they may be farther away from our warehouse location in New Jersey. For packages sent to Canada, please allow a few extra days for customs.

Holiday & Sale Periods

Due to the high volume of shoppers during the holiday season, please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed, prepped, and shipped out to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your items have been dispatched

Shipping Methods

All US orders placed through www.appaman.com are shipped via ground shipping. We offer Standard Ground Shipping. Orders to Canada ship via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail International and are delivered by Canada Post. There is a $30 flat rate for shipping to Canada.  

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Appaman.com does not pre-pay fees associated with customs, duties, or border taxes for Canada-bound shipments. The customer is responsible for associated fees and should check current rates before placing an order.

When will I be charged for my order?

Once your order is placed, your credit card will be charged.You will only be charged for the items that you ordered, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Order Cancelation

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Forms of Payment

We accept several forms of payment here at appaman.com We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders through the mail. All prices are in US Dollars.

Where does Appaman ship?

We ship to all of the United States and Canada only. Orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut will ship standard USPS International and cannot be expedited. All of our web site prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. Please note that most orders sent outside of the US will ship from Appaman.com on their processing day, they are subject to review by Customs upon arrival. Appaman does not pre-pay customs or duties. The customer will be responsible for any duties and fees issued by Customs.

How do I order Appaman?

We only accept orders online or via phone. We process orders for delivery through our warehouse located in New Jersey. Basically, this means you can place an order online or via phone, but you cannot come to our office or warehouse to pick it up yourself. Sit back and let us do all the work for you! Besides, we like to pamper you with the best customer service possible. Save your gas money and buy another Appaman top instead!
