Exchanging your points for rewards couldn't be easier! Simply choose from the reward options on our reward page, and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward, and copy the code at checkout.

To check your points balance, simply login to your account and check your point balance there.

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If it's a partial return, only the points of returned items will be deducted.

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity - but don’t worry, we’ve got your back! We’ll send you a reminder email well in advance so you can redeem your points before they disappear.

Points cannot be transferred or shared, as they are tied directly to your account. It's very important to always use the same email address when placing orders to keep all your points in one place. Unfortunately, if you've used two different accounts, we cannot combine the points from those accounts. Keeping everything under one email ensures a seamless experience and makes it easier for you to enjoy your rewards!

Yes, customers keep their tier status for a minimum of 12 months and have 12 months to either maintain or upgrade their status.

After completing "add your birthday" you will receive your points on your actual birthday! If you entered a birthdate that has already passed, you will receive points the following year.
